Bradley Chapman’s journey into business began at the age of eighteen.
Starting in the fashion industry, Bradley traded on London street markets, gaining early experience in sales, negotiation and understanding customers in fast moving commercial environments.
Recognising the opportunity to grow beyond retail trading, he moved into importing, exporting and manufacturing clothing products.
Manufacturing relationships were established in Indonesia, Turkey and Bangladesh, alongside production facilities in the United Kingdom.
The business expanded into warehousing, screen printing and embroidery operations, eventually operating from a 20,000 square foot warehouse running twenty four hours a day.
At its peak the operation generated £3.2 million in annual revenue, supplying clothing and branded products across multiple markets.
This early experience provided a practical education in manufacturing, logistics, staffing, operations and business growth.
Throughout his career Bradley has maintained a strong belief in building long term assets, including investments in property and business enterprises.
Over the following years Bradley expanded his experience across multiple industries, building and operating businesses while working alongside founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams across the UK. This period saw the development of a diverse commercial background spanning property, construction, training, media and business consultancy.
Bradley’s experience evolved from building his own companies to advising and working alongside business owners, managing directors and high net worth entrepreneurs across the UK and internationally. Today his work combines strategic advisory, consultancy and hands on business support, helping organisations grow, restructure and scale across a wide range of sectors.
Throughout his career Bradley has trained, coached and mentored over 20,000 individuals across a wide range of industries including renewable energy, advertising and directory businesses, construction, training organisations and corporate teams, delivering leadership development, sales training and business growth programmes both privately and within retained client organisations.
Over the course of Bradley’s career he has contributed to business growth that has generated in excess of £6 billion in increased company revenues and business valuations, achieved through strategic consulting, operational transformation and hands on involvement inside client organisations.
